Celebrate Black History Month!

Celebrate Black History Month!  Black History Month started as Black History Week in February of 1926.  By 1950, the week was celebrated across the country, and in 1976, Black History Month was born.  Each year, Americans come together to celebrate and learn from the amazing stories and accomplishments of African Americans throughout history.  One of the best ways to do this is through the many books published about the events, ideas, and especially the people who have made history!
