Our love for picture books knows no end\, so we are extremely excited to hold our first elementary book fair at Denham Springs Elementary. We know Mrs. Pauls\, the school's awesome librarian\, is itching to buy new stock for her students\, so be sure to spread the word and come by to support the Yellow Jackets' library! We will be there Tuesday through Friday from 7\:30am to 3\:00pm\, and a portion of the week's sales will be donated to the school library.

The 32nd Annual Denham Springs Mardi Gras parade will begin at 3\:00pm on Saturday\, February 11. The parade will begin at Denham Springs High School and head south on Range Avenue then east on Florida Boulevard. Participants include marching bands\, dance clubs\, Boy and Girl Scouts\, motorcycle clubs\, car clubs and a bevy of Police\, Fire Dept. and military equipment.
