The National Book Award is one of the most esteemed literary awards given in America. The National Book Foundation accepts hundreds of nominations from publishers each spring, releases a shortlist of finalists each fall, and winners are announced mid-November. The list of finalists was just released this week, and we couldn't be more thrilled about the titles chosen.
