Methods of Payment
Cavalier House Books plans to offer a variety of payment methods on the Site for the convenience of customers. Please note that each of the payment methods discussed below may not be available at all times. Currencies

Prices
We cannot confirm the price of a product until you order. It is possible that the price for a product may increase or decrease between the time that the product is placed in a shopping cart and the time the purchase is actually made. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processedby Cavalier House Books and it's third party shipping providers Monday - Friday. All shipping rates are governed by our third party shipping providers. All books will either be shipped by CHB or a third party order fulfillment center which will be determined on an order by order basis at the sole discretion of CHB. The total time it takes for your order to arrive at your door is determined by the type of shipping selected for each order plus the addition of no more than 1-5 days processing time. Every effort is made to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Passage of Ownership
Ownership to products, and risk of loss of such products, passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier selected by us to deliver your order. You are obligated to take delivery of any products you order notwithstanding that the quantity delivered may be less than the quantity ordered, provided that any amount charged to you shall be adjusted to reflect such lower quantity. Any such discrepancy in quantity shall not be deemed a material change of the terms of sale nor a breach or repudiation of our agreement to sell products to you.
Returns and Damages
Damaged items must be reported to CHB by email no later than 48 hours after the receipt of the order. Please include all pertinent information including name, address, and order number within your email and you will be contacted with further instructions. CHB will make all efforts to provide you with a replacement in a timely manner, subject to availability. Returns for any other reason must be made in person to our brick and mortar storefront at 100 N. Range Ave., Denham Springs, LA 70726 no more than 7 days after your receipt of the package. Failure to report damages or returns in a timely manner will result in forfeiture of your items returnability status. Items marked as clearance are not returnable.
User Privacy; Data Security
